Yes. We service bikes regardless of where they were purchased. If the bike is from a brand we carry, we can also help with manufacturer warranty support, even if it was bought at another shop (original receipt required).

We can provide estimated price ranges based on the service requested, but final pricing is determined by a service writer after inspecting the bike. We always aim to communicate clearly before proceeding with any additional work.

If something doesn’t feel right after service, bring the bike back in — no appointment needed. We’ll take a look and make it right. Your safety and satisfaction are our priority.

Yes! Winter is actually the best time for major service. We’re less busy, turnaround times are shorter, and it helps you avoid spring waitlists. We also offer winter-specific services like fat bike setup, trainer installs, skate sharpening, and ski waxing.
