Overview
Quick Cranks ships across Canada. We do our best to ship orders quickly, safely, and with accurate tracking. Shipping timelines may vary by location, season, and carrier volume.

Order Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- During peak season, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.
- Orders placed on weekends/holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size/weight, and carrier rates. Some products may have special handling or oversized shipping fees.
- Any free shipping offers (if available) apply only where indicated and may exclude oversized items.
- Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery times (after your order ships):
- Ontario / Quebec: 1–5 business days
- Other provinces: 3–10 business days
- Remote areas: delivery may take longer
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays (weather, peak volume, service disruptions) are outside our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email (and/or SMS if provided at checkout). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the label is created.
Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship to Canadian addresses.
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes for some oversized items (such as bicycles).
- Some products may be restricted from air transport (e.g., certain chemicals/pressurized items).
Bicycles (Shipping & Handling)
Bicycles require special packaging and handling. Some bikes ship in a manufacturer box, while others may ship “ready-to-ride” depending on the listing and shipping option selected.
- Bicycles may have oversized shipping fees due to box dimensions.
- We may contact you to confirm shipping details before dispatching a bicycle order.
- If your bike is shipped partially assembled, a basic assembly may be required on arrival (e.g., installing handlebars, front wheel, pedals, adjusting seat height).
In-Store Pickup
If in-store pickup is available for your item, it will appear as an option at checkout. You’ll be notified when your order is ready.
- Please bring a valid photo ID and your order confirmation.
- Pickup orders must be collected within a reasonable timeframe.
Partial Shipments
If your order contains multiple items, we may ship in multiple packages (or split shipments) depending on availability and warehouse/store fulfillment. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment when available.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Quick Cranks is not responsible for delays, losses, or extra fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, re-shipping fees may apply.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is managed by the carrier. If your package is delayed or appears lost, contact us and we’ll help you start a claim or trace where possible.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find the package, check around your delivery location and with neighbors/building management.
- Claims may take time and require carrier investigation.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help.

- Include photos of the item damage, packaging, and shipping label.
- Please keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.
Returns & Shipping Fees
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a confirmed defect on arrival. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
