The Stylus W features our premium Synchwire single-piece upper that conforms to the foot, and provides phenomenal structural support and ventilation. Three compression-molded hook-and-loop straps provide tried-and-true tightening to create a comfortable, supportive fit. Our injection-molded nylon and glass fiber outsole, with over-molded heel and toe pads plus a universal 3/2 cleat bolt pattern, gives you the power and versatility you need to get the most out of every ride.
- Synchwire construction is a stitchâless upper that's vented and reinforced to create a lightweight cycling shoe with incredible airflow and structural integrity. Synchwire is an advanced composite of thermoâbonded film that provides overall durability, a nonâwoven internal sheet for distributing the force from the closure system to the upper for direct power transfer, and monoâfilament mesh for ventilation.
- Reflective details enhance visibility at nighttime or in lowâlight conditions when illuminated by a light source, such as headlights, by returning the light back to the source and reaching the driver's eye.
- Our injectionâmolded nylon and glass fiber outsole is stiff and light, and features overâmolded heel and toe pads for durability. The universal 3/2 cleat bolt pattern allows you to choose 2âboltâ or 3âboltâstyle cleat/pedal systems for versatility and personal preference.

We ship bikes, parts, and accessories across Canada and the United States, with clear pricing and fast processing. Most orders ship from our Ottawa store, and some items may ship from our supplier warehouse in Montreal. Our goal is simple: get your order to you quickly, safely, and with zero surprises.

Quick Cranks ships to addresses in Canada and the United States. If youâre ordering from outside Canada/USA, reach out and weâll confirm whatâs possible.
Where We Ship From (Ottawa & Montreal)
Orders ship from:
- Ottawa, Ontario (our store)
- Montreal, Quebec (our supplier warehouse)
If your order includes items stocked in both Ottawa and Montreal, weâll consolidate everything in Ottawa first, then ship it out together whenever possible.
Shipping Bicycles + Ready To Ride Program
We ship bicycles across Canada and the USA, and weâre obsessive about doing it properly. Bikes are handled with care so they arrive safely and are easy to set up.
At checkout, you may have the option to add our Ready To Ride Program (optional). When selected, our team unboxes, tunes, tests, and repacks your bike so that minimal assembly is required when it arrives.
- Bikes on sale: shipping is charged (calculated at checkout)
- Some full-priced bikes: may ship free (when eligible, it will show at checkout)
- Bike shipping: always displayed during checkout before you purchase
Bulky & Oversized Items
Some products require oversized shipping due to size, weight, or packaging. These items are excluded from free shipping and will have shipping calculated at checkout.
If youâre unsure whether an item is considered bulky, place the item in your cart and head to checkout for an exact quote.
Processing & Delivery Times

- Most parts & accessory orders: 0â1 business day
- Bicycles: typically 1â3 business days for processing and preparation
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery estimates vary by region and carrier. Any shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. During peak season (spring/early summer), processing and delivery may take a little longer due to volume.
Remote / Rural Addresses
In rare cases, certain rural, remote, or extended-area postal codes can require additional shipping fees beyond whatâs shown at checkout (carrier surcharges or special handling).
- If this applies, we will contact you before shipping with the options and any additional cost.
- We will never charge extra shipping without your approval.
- If you decline the additional shipping cost, we will cancel and fully refund your order.
Tracking & Signature Delivery
Once your order ships, youâll receive tracking information as soon as it becomes available. We ship using trusted carriers (carrier selection may vary by destination and package type).
Signature is required on delivery unless otherwise specified (for example, in special circumstances or where carrier rules apply).
PO Boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes, however some items (especially bulky products and bicycles) may require a different carrier or a manual shipping arrangement.
If your order requires manual handling due to a PO Box address, weâll contact you to confirm the best option before shipping.
Delivery & Damage Policy
We understand how important your bike and gear is. If your package arrives with visible damage:
- Please note the damage with the carrier at delivery whenever possible.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Send photos of the packaging and the item so we can help quickly.
Free In-Store Pickup
Prefer to pick up your order? We offer free in-store pickup at our Ottawa location(s). Some orders may require extra time for assembly or prep â weâll let you know when itâs ready.
